Sentimental Value is the new film by Joachim Trier, once again starring Renate Reinsve in the leading role.
The film follows actress Nora (Reinsve) and her sister Agnes, who have recently lost their mother. When their estranged father, the successful filmmaker Gustav, reaches out again with a film script, he offers Nora the lead role. It becomes the first step in his attempt to rebuild the relationship between father and daughters.
